A vegetarian-vegan Indian food shop in the university district of Hamburg - also perfect if you travel with omnivores.
There are tons of dishes with seitan and soy "meat" - even as a vegan one is totally overwhelmed in the face of Amount of tempting dishes on the menu, some vegetarian meals are served on request veganisiert. As there are
Vorvorspeise Papadam (deep-fried chickpea fritters), to be Dal (lentil soup) is highly recommended.
